Foreign Minister to Attend 44th FAO Conference

 KATHMANDU, JUNE 26 — Foreign Minister Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba will leave tomorrow for Rome, Italy, to take part in the 44th Session of the FAO Conference, which will run from June 28 to July 4, 2025.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Minister Deuba will deliver a speech at the main session and participate in several high-level events. She will lead a Nepali delegation that includes Ambassador Bharat Kumar Regmi, Nepal’s Permanent Representative to the FAO, and officials from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Agriculture and Livestock Development.

After the conference, she will attend events organized by the Investment Board of Nepal in Milan, Hamburg, and Berlin.

Minister Deuba is scheduled to return to Kathmandu on July 13, 2025.
