Gold price drops by Rs 1,500 per tola; silver prices fall too

Gold and Silver Prices Drop in Kathmandu

Kathmandu, June 25 — The price of gold in Nepal’s market fell by Rs 1,500 per tola on Wednesday, continuing a recent downward trend, the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association said. Fine gold is now selling for Rs 192,000 per tola, down from Rs 193,500 on Tuesday.

Silver prices also dropped by Rs 20 per tola, with silver now trading at Rs 2,140 per tola, compared to Rs 2,160 on Tuesday.
