Vaidya is the Managing Director of United Traders Syndicate (UTS), the authorized distributor of Toyota vehicles in Nepal. She has made her mark in the competitive, male-dominated auto industry and has expanded her business interests through the VOITH Group, which includes ventures in automobiles, finance, agriculture, and heavy machinery. She’s also recently taken on distributorships for brands like XCMG and SUNWARD, focusing on Nepal’s industrial development.
Before stepping into business, Vaidya had a successful start in beauty pageants, representing India and earning multiple international titles. She studied Economics and Political Science in Delhi and also holds a diploma in fashion design. Her early career included running a fashion studio and launching Spa Prana, a wellness center in Kathmandu.
But her talents go beyond business. She’s also a trained classical singer and has released her own music album.
