 Kathmandu, July 25

Alpha Automotives Pvt. Ltd., the official distributor of Royal Enfield in Nepal, recently organized a special all-women motorcycle rally called the ‘Heritage Mehendi Ride’ to celebrate culture and women empowerment.

The event brought together 35 enthusiastic female riders. Starting from the Royal Enfield showroom in Naxal, the rally passed through Mangalbazzar and ended at the historic Dattatreya Temple in Bhaktapur. Along the way, the riders got to experience the rich architecture and cultural charm of the route.

A Mehendi session was also held as part of the event, symbolizing feminine beauty and strength while building a sense of community among the riders.

“We’re proud to have organized this special event,” said a spokesperson from Alpha Automotives. “It wasn’t just about riding — it was about giving women the confidence to embrace both freedom and culture.”

Through this event, Alpha Automotives aimed to encourage more women to take up motorcycling, promote inclusivity, and break gender stereotypes in riding culture.
