Gold price falls by Rs 2,400 per tola after sharp rise on Wednesday

KATHMANDU, July 24

After a sharp increase on Wednesday, gold prices in Nepal fell by Rs 2,400 per tola on Thursday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, fine gold is now being traded at Rs 195,200 per tola, down from Rs 197,600 the day before.

Silver also saw a slight decline. After going up by Rs 30 per tola on Wednesday, it dropped by Rs 15 on Thursday. The current silver price is Rs 2,335 per tola, compared to Rs 2,350 the previous day.
