The Bajhangi Deuda festival was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Tundikhel, Kathmandu, on the occasion of Saune Sankranti.
The event, held on Thursday and organized by the Bajhangi Society Kathmandu, marked both Saune Sankranti and the traditional Deuda festival.
Participants showcased the traditional Bajhangi Deuda dance as a way to preserve and promote the language, culture, and identity of Nepal’s Sudurpaschim and Karnali regions.
