EDF Jamboree will host a US Education Fair featuring over 30 American universities.

Kathmandu, August 15

Jamboree Education Nepal, in partnership with ETS TOEFL, will host the US Education Fair 2025 on August 29 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at its Putalisadak center on New Plaza Road.

The fair will feature representatives from over 30 US universities and colleges, making it the largest US education fair ever held in Nepal. Students can get on-the-spot profile evaluations to assess their academic profiles and admission chances. Special sessions will focus on STEM programs—Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics—to cater to the growing interest among Nepali students.

Attendees will also receive detailed information on scholarships, financial aid, and test preparation support, including discount vouchers for exams like TOEFL.

“This fair gives Nepali students a unique chance to meet US university representatives directly,” said a Jamboree spokesperson. “The profile evaluations and STEM sessions are designed to match students’ interests.”

The event is supported by ETS TOEFL and MPOWER Financial. Admission is free, but registration is required via the QR code on promotional materials. Hundreds of students and their families are expected to attend, making it a key platform for those aiming to study in the United States.
