Gold Price Hits Record Rs 203,600 per Tola

 KATHMANDU, AUGUST 31: The price of gold in Nepal rose by Rs 3,000 per tola on Sunday, reaching a new record of Rs 203,600 per tola, just days after crossing the Rs 200,000 mark for the first time. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, fine gold had been traded at Rs 200,600 per tola on Friday.

Silver also saw a significant increase, rising Rs 65 per tola to reach Rs 2,425 per tola on Sunday, up from Rs 2,360 per tola on Friday, marking a new all-time high for the precious metal as well.
