India has officially invited Prime Minister Oli for a state visit.

KATHMANDU, AUGUST 17 – Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has received an official invitation to visit India. The invitation was delivered on Sunday by Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri, representing Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during his two-day visit to Kathmandu. Misri met PM Oli at Singha Durbar and handed over the invitation letter, according to PM’s Chief Advisor Bishnu Rimal.


During the meeting, they discussed various issues, including high-level exchanges, bilateral relations, and matters of mutual interest. The date of the visit has not been announced yet and will be finalized through diplomatic channels between the two countries.
