MetLife Nepal officially recognized as a Great Place to Work
KATHMANDU, AUGUST 3 — MetLife Nepal has officially been named a Great Place to Work, joining 33 other MetLife offices around the world that participated in a global employee survey. The recognition highlights the company’s focus on creating a supportive and inclusive workplace where employees feel valued and motivated, according to a company press release.
Over 24,000 employees across 33 MetLife markets took part in the Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey last month — a widely recognized tool for measuring employee experience. MetLife Nepal scored well above the global benchmark needed for certification.
“This recognition is more than just a milestone — it reflects the culture we’ve built together,” said Nirmal Kajee Shrestha, Vice President and General Manager of MetLife Nepal. “When people feel trusted and respected, they’re empowered to give their best, and that benefits everyone — from our customers to our communities.”
