NEB Announces Grade 12 Results: Over 61% of Regular Examinees Pass
Kathmandu, August 4 – The National Examination Board (NEB) has announced the results of the Grade 12 exams held in Baishakh. According to the board, 61.17% of regular students and 36.49% of partial students have passed.
Out of 396,347 students who appeared under the regular category, 242,765 received grades, while 38.83% were marked as ‘non-graded’. Among the 114,640 partial examinees, only 41,840 received grades.
In total, 511,525 students appeared for the exams, with 284,305 obtaining grades, said NEB Chairperson Mahashram Sharma. The exams of 11 regular and 6 partial students have been canceled.
The board also announced that students who received a ‘non-grade’ can take a grade improvement exam on August 13 and 14.
